Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Klustra’s market-analysis tools and of optional prepaid Pro access.
1. Using Klustra
Klustra provides charts and market-analysis tools. You remain responsible for your trading decisions, account security and compliance with the laws that apply to you. Do not abuse the service, interfere with other users, bypass access controls or redistribute restricted archive files.
2. Where Pro is available
Pro is sold only where our payment processor, NOWPayments, can serve you. Klustra covers the same countries, residents and citizens that NOWPayments covers under its terms of service, and excludes the same ones. If NOWPayments cannot process your payment because of your residence, citizenship, location or local law, you cannot buy Pro. Using the free chart does not depend on this.
3. No investment advice
Charts, indicators, alerts and historical data are informational tools, not investment advice, recommendations or an offer to trade. Klustra does not execute trades or hold your exchange credentials, wallet private keys or customer funds. Trading can result in substantial losses; no result or profit is promised.
4. Data and alerts
Exchange feeds, reconstructed history and indicators may contain errors, gaps or delays. Server price alerts, delivered by email or Telegram, sample approximately once per minute and can miss crossings between samples; delivery may be delayed or fail. Browser alerts depend on an open, running browser. Verify information independently and do not rely on Klustra as your only risk-control system.
5. Prepaid Pro access
Pro is a single paid tier. The checkout quote states the price and the supported asset and network; currently this is USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Monthly purchases add 31 days and yearly purchases add 366 days after independently verified settlement. Renewals extend existing unexpired access. Payments do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Access returns to Free after expiry while saved chart settings remain on your device. Your trading journal stays readable, exportable and deletable for 12 months after Pro ends; it is then deleted, after an email warning at least 30 days before.
6. Free and Pro features
Free includes one chart, live order flow from every supported exchange and up to six hours of order-flow history. Pro adds two- and four-chart grids, the deep order-flow archive, the paid tools listed on the pricing page, server price alerts by email and, where offered, Telegram through a bot you create, bar replay backtesting, a trading journal stored in your account (up to 50 journals, 5,000 trades and one screenshot per trade), and a chart without affiliate cards. Candle history is available on both plans. Saved workspace count has no cap within browser storage; optional account copies have a 256 KiB limit. Server alerts are limited to 100 saved alerts and 100 messages per day for each delivery channel, with a five-minute repeating-alert cooldown. Deep history downloads are limited to 4 GiB of compressed data per account per UTC day; admitted bytes count even when a transfer is interrupted.
7. Payments and refunds
NOWPayments processes hosted cryptocurrency payments under its own terms and eligibility checks. Sending the wrong asset, using the wrong network or paying an expired or incomplete invoice may require manual investigation, and recovery is not guaranteed. Verified payment status, rather than a return URL or screenshot, controls access. Purchases are final: we do not offer refunds, except where required by law or at our sole discretion, as set out in the refund policy. Customer wallet secrets are never required.
8. Your saved setup
Local workspaces, drawings and alerts live in browser storage and may be lost if site data is cleared. Export important workspaces. Optional account copies upload only when you request it; saving replaces the account copy, restoring preserves local edits and newly imported browser alerts start disarmed. Storage transactions are separate, so interrupted restores can partially import and be retried.
9. Availability and responsibility
Klustra depends on exchanges, hosting, email delivery and blockchain networks and cannot promise uninterrupted availability or perfectly accurate data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without guarantees of trading performance. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
Material changes to paid terms will be announced before they apply to future purchases, and they apply to purchases made after the new effective date. Changes cannot remove mandatory rights or retroactively withdraw a refund already granted. Klustra is operated by Shabir Hussain Mirzayee. Contact info@klustra.app for support.
