Refund policy
We do not offer refunds.
1. We do not offer refunds
Once a Pro purchase is verified as paid, you cannot get a refund for payments you have already made, unless required by law or at Klustra’s sole discretion. This applies to monthly and yearly purchases, including purchases that extend existing access. For more information, refer to Klustra’s terms of service.
2. Nothing renews, so nothing has to be cancelled
Pro is prepaid: a purchase adds 31 days (monthly) or 366 days (yearly) and does not renew automatically. No card or wallet is charged again, so there is no subscription to cancel and no unwanted renewal to refund. Access simply returns to Free at the end of a paid period, and saved chart settings remain on your device.
3. Try the free chart before you buy
The free chart needs no account and no payment: live footprint, CVD, delta and imbalance, the last six hours of order flow and years of candles. The pricing page lists exactly what Pro adds. Because purchases are final, try the free chart first and ask support anything you are unsure about before you pay.
4. Incomplete or misdirected payments
A payment that did not settle, was underpaid or used an unsupported asset or network is not a refund case; support will investigate it with the processor. Recovery depends on the actual transaction and processor controls and may be impossible. Any recovery fees will be explained before you authorize them. This does not restrict remedies for a correctly paid service that was not delivered.
5. Questions about a payment
Contact info@klustra.app from your account email with the order ID or NOWPayments payment ID if you have questions or need clarification about a payment or about your Pro access. Never send a wallet seed phrase, private key, password or authentication token. Mandatory rights under applicable law are unaffected by this policy.
